E-Design + Consulting includes an initial meeting, room design concept board with revision, final design board, and product shopping list for furniture and home accents.
Quick and budget friendly package option for those looking to make small changes for a big impact.
We are not currently taking on new clients and work for 2024. Please inquire for e-design + consulting for 2025.
Wondering how it works?
the process
To inquire for E-Design +Consultation, click on the CONTACT button at the top of this page and fill out the short form with your information and request. Usual response time is 48 hours.
After inquire is received, for E-Design I will reach out to setup an initial consultation via phone. Going over your goals, inspiration, desires, budget for your space and receive measurements/photos.
If you are just wanting a Consultant Meeting (simply just my opinion, you source everything), I will reach out to setup a time to meet to see your space in-person or virtually if not local.
Inquire + initial consultation
For E-Design, I will begin creating design concept boards to help you visualize the space. Revision available as needed. After design board is set, sourcing for furniture and accents will begin.
Design concept + floor planning
For E-Design, furnishings and home accents will be sourced. A master sheet of product information and ordering links will be provided at the end for you to order as you wish.
Source + order furnishings
For E-Design, you will have a final design concept board to use to help you implement the design in your home. Guiding you general areas where to place home furnishings and accents. Availability during this phase for any questions or guidance needed.
Implementation
Yes! You would choose the E-Design + Consulting package. The is one of my favorite packages. The power of new furniture, fresh layout and an outsider suggestions can be just as impactful as a full renovation.
Would you simply just help me source furniture?
Absolutely, the E-Design + Consulting package would be the one to request. After gathering information regarding your space, needs, desires and budget, design boards would be created and presented. Following final design board approval, product shopping lists to be provided to you to order and begin implementing the design.
I am not local to you, can you still help me?
Yes The Cottage on the Hill specializes in the transitional design style. A blend of modern and traditional accents. Staying true to my design style I love will allow me to deliver fast and beautifully created designs to you. Knowing just where the best products to achieve the look can be sourced.
Do you design around a certain design style?
Yes sourcing general contractors and trade personal is at the responsibility of the homeowners. I do not manage construction or crews. I will provide them the design plans and can help guide as needed.
Do we need to find our own contractor or trade personal to do our home renovations?
